Live345 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the live345 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the live345 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use live345's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and live345 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The live345 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one live345 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. live345 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, particularly prior to processing any fund withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the live345 support team immediately at [email protected].
Circumstances That May Lead to Account Suspension or Closure
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Holding multiple active accounts under the same or related name.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the platform.
- Using automated software or methods to manipulate the platform's systems.
- Repeatedly or seriously violating any part of these terms and conditions.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the live345 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). live345 supports several local payment methods, including bank transfers via recognised Malaysian financial institutions, DuitNow, and selected e-wallets available from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. live345 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days. live345 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any large withdrawal.
All deposits made into the platform are final unless a technical error is verified by live345. Users are advised to review their transaction history regularly and report any discrepancies within 7 days of the transaction date.
Platform Usage Rules & Intellectual Property
The live345 platform is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempt to copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform — including content, design, source code, logos, and trademarks — without prior written consent from live345 is strictly prohibited.
All intellectual property rights relating to the live345 platform — including content, software, interfaces, and branding — are the exclusive property of live345 or its respective licensors. Use of the platform does not grant you any rights or licences over that intellectual property unless explicitly stated.
Users are prohibited from using the live345 platform for the following purposes:
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorised third-party software to interact with the platform.
- Taking any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the live345 system.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform not authorised for public users.
Liability Limits & Third-Party Links
The live345 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. live345 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions, technical errors, or inaccuracies. Any losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, platform unavailability, or unfavourable betting outcomes are entirely the user's responsibility.
Live345 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, even if live345 has been made aware of the possibility of such losses. live345's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
The live345 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for informational convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or validation by live345. live345 has no control over the content or privacy policies of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from the use of such links.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Live345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest terms.
Continued use of the live345 platform after any amendments are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution forum.
